Sometimes items may be damaged in transit or you may change your mind about the product which you have purchased.

We are always happy to help in the circumstances and do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then do what we can put things right for you.

We will ask you to forward photographs of the damaged item as received by you (for insurance purposes) and to return the item to us within 14 days of its receipt by you. We will be responsible for the costs of returning the damaged item in accordance Royal Mail’s UK Standard Delivery Service charges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the damaged item, and confirm within 7 days of receipt whether or not a refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.



We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase, then payment for returns is to be made by you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and you will need to provide proof of purchase.

Please note, that unless you are returning a damaged item, unwanted orders are returned at your own cost and any initial delivery charges are non-refundable. We do recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage to protect your parcel should it be lost in transit as we do not become responsible for your parcel until it makes it back to us.

We will check the condition of the returned item and confirm within 7 days of receipt by us whether a refund is approved. If a refund is not approved, we will advise of the reason for this.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



All approved refunds will be refunded on your original payment method. It can take 3-5 working days for your refund to show in your account. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
