We aim to despatch your order within 2-5 working days although sometimes this may take a little longer. We do however allow 10 working days as a maximum. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. If we believe that we will not be able to deliver within a given time frame we will contact you and let you know what is happening.
If you have any special requests for delivery of your order do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate your request. All you need to do is send an e-mail to Heartart2020@outlook.com when you place your order (ensuring that your request is made from the same e-mail address that you have purchased /specified as your own).
How to purchase items
When you have chosen a purchase, you can start to add items in your basket. At this stage, you are not committed so you can use this as a wish list and at any time go in and delete items by clicking on the delete button at the basket /checkout.
When you are ready to place your order, go to ‘checkout’ and you will be told the cost, including the delivery of your items within the UK. If you are happy with this, you will be given [ two options of how to Pay via Pal Pal or direct encrypted safety locked card processing.
Free Delivery applies to Christmas Cards. Delivery for other items will be based upon the current Royal Mails UK Standard Delivery Charges at
Wherever possible we will package items together in order to ensure that delivery costs are minimised.
