About Heartart Crockery Hire
Heart Art Crockery Hire is a British designer-led crockery hire and wedding table styling service, created from my lifelong passion for art, surface pattern and beautifully considered design.
Each of my crockery collections begins with my own original artwork and is designed to bring something distinctive and personal to the table. Paired with carefully sourced linens, glassware, cutlery and decorative details, every element is considered for its colour, texture, proportion and place within the overall setting.
I offer both designer crockery hire and complete table styling, allowing couples to choose the level of service that feels right for their celebration. Rather than working to a fixed formula, I take time to understand the venue, guest numbers, individual style and budget before creating a setting that feels considered, cohesive and uniquely theirs.

Designer crockery hire
At the heart of Heart Art are my original crockery collections, created from my own artwork and designed to bring something distinctive to the wedding table.
Crockery can be hired independently, giving you the freedom to incorporate the collection into your own table setting or complement elements already provided by your venue.
Pieces can be selected according to your individual requirements and the style of your celebration.
Complete Table Styling
For couples looking for a more considered, cohesive setting, I also offer complete wedding table styling.
Beginning with your chosen Heart Art crockery collection, I carefully bring together complementary linens, cutlery, glassware, heritage pieces and decorative details, with each element specifically sourced and selected to work beautifully as part of the overall table.
The result is a setting that feels layered and individual, while remaining sympathetic to your venue and the atmosphere you want to create.

If you would like more than crockery hire but don’t require complete styling, we can select individual elements from the wider collection to create a service that works specifically for your celebration.

The Secret Garden Collection
Romantic, elegant and richly layered, The Secret Garden Collection takes its inspiration from the beauty of the Victorian era, interpreted through a contemporary design eye.
Original designer crockery sits alongside delicate lace, heritage pieces, cranberry glass, touches of gold and carefully selected decorative details to create a table that feels collected rather than simply coordinated.
A celebration of pattern, colour and detail, Secret Garden is designed for couples drawn to a sense of romance, individuality and timeless elegance.
The Daisy Chain Collection
Relaxed, natural and quietly romantic, The Daisy Chain Collection brings a softer, more informal character to the wedding table.
Inspired by the simplicity of the English countryside, original designer crockery is layered with natural textures, clear glass, brass details and carefully considered botanical elements.
Perfectly at home in barns, marquees, country venues and outdoor celebrations, Daisy Chain creates a setting that feels beautifully considered without ever feeling overly formal.

From First Conversation to the Finished Table
Every celebration begins with a conversation.
Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll take time to understand your wedding plans, including your venue, guest numbers, table style, individual requirements and budget.
From there, we can explore the Heart Art collection that best complements your celebration and decide whether designer crockery hire, selected styling elements or complete table styling is the right approach for you.
I’ll then create a tailored proposal based around your individual requirements, bringing together the pieces and details needed to create a setting that feels considered, cohesive and personal to your day.
For couples choosing complete table styling, I’ll work with you as your plans develop, ensuring the final setting works beautifully within your chosen venue.

Heart Art Crockery Hire is the natural evolution of my lifelong career and passion for art, design and surface pattern.
As an artist and designer, I have always been drawn to the relationship between pattern, colour and the objects we use in everyday life. My work has previously been showcased in John Lewis, and that same belief in creating pieces that are both beautiful and functional continues to sit at the heart of Heart Art today.
Every Heart Art crockery collection begins with my own original artwork. From the initial drawing and development of the pattern through to the finished piece, I remain closely connected to the creative process.
Bringing those designs to the wedding table has allowed me to take that creativity one step further — considering not simply the crockery itself, but how pattern, proportion, colour, texture and carefully sourced details can work together as one complete setting.
For me, a beautifully styled table is not simply decoration. It is a piece of design in its own right.

HEART ART CROCKERY HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
Effective throughout 2026…
By hiring our products from HeartArt Crockery Hire, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
Bookings and confirmations…… Online or in person or online through Web page/Instagram page
Payment Terms …. Full payment upfront
Delivery and collection…. Delivery can be made within a 20 mile radius of Bristol city centre. We would endeavour to deliver in the morning at sometime, otherwise customer collection and return on expected dates as confirmed. (This info might change)
Delivery costs… worked out per mile.
Hiring of products… 3 days ( if for any reason you need to extend the hire agreement, an additional charge will be made of (£50 )a day
Pick up day before am
Return day after pm
Use of crockery
Intended use (e.g., weddings, events, parties).
Restrictions (e.g., not suitable for outdoor cooking, microwaving, open flames if applicable).
Prohibition on commercial use outside the event if applicable.
Damage, loss and breakage…
This would be charged at the full cost I paid for producing these products as the owner and designer, not on the individual hiring cost per item.
Cleaning…
Items can be returned either clean or dirty
A cleaning service is available @15p per item
LIABILITY…
Heart Art crockery hire liability…
(We are not responsible for events outside our control, e.g., accidents caused by guests mishandling crockery).
Heart Art Crockery Hire customers hire at their own risk for injuries if items are misused.

Are negotiable but within reason after initial consultation
