Founded and run by myself, the HeartArt brand is rooted in a love for nature, expressed through designs that carry a nostalgic and whimsical sensibility. Thoughtfully curated colour palettes create a dreamy yet refined aesthetic, with each piece crafted from the finest bone china and proudly designed and produced in the UK.

HEART ART CROCKERY HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
Effective throughout 2026…
By hiring our products from HeartArt Crockery Hire, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
Bookings and confirmations…… Online or in person or online through Web page/Instagram page
Payment Terms …. Full payment upfront
Delivery and collection…. Delivery can be made within a 20 mile radius of Bristol city centre. We would endeavour to deliver in the morning at sometime, otherwise customer collection and return on expected dates as confirmed. (This info might change)
Delivery costs… worked out per mile.
Hiring of products… 3 days ( if for any reason you need to extend the hire agreement, an additional charge will be made of (£50 )a day
Pick up day before am
Return day after pm
Use of crockery
Intended use (e.g., weddings, events, parties).
Restrictions (e.g., not suitable for outdoor cooking, microwaving, open flames if applicable).
Prohibition on commercial use outside the event if applicable.
Damage, loss and breakage…
This would be charged at the full cost I paid for producing these products as the owner and designer, not on the individual hiring cost per item.
Cleaning…
Items can be returned either clean or dirty
A cleaning service is available @15p per item
LIABILITY…
Heart Art crockery hire liability…
(We are not responsible for events outside our control, e.g., accidents caused by guests mishandling crockery).
Heart Art Crockery Hire customers hire at their own risk for injuries if items are misused.
Changes to order…
Are negotiable but within reason after initial consultation
